Not sure why I got shown this a year after, but here I am. I never watched Kevin much, didn't come off well to me most of the time. Was just getting into trading "for real" around the time and was hoping I could at least learn something from watching since he was "successful" even though I didn't care for the schtick. Eventually I learned enough to know it was all just a show (like so many other things). And while he was "successful" it was at the cost of his "soul" and not because of any actual trading skill or knowledge in the markets. Thankfully I didn't waste much time and didn't waste any money. Sucks how these types of people almost never face any real comeuppance.

Neighbor up the street for 40 years bought both single family and duplexes. Would pick them up every so often, then had a decent portfolio. He retired. Dude it's crazy just in the two seconds of footage you put in at 1:16 for the sinking ship bit I immediately recognized as the sinking of the Thunder, my dad was actually captain on the Sam Simon when the Thunder sank themselves and he witnessed the sinking. It's funny that you could have pulled any random footage for that and it just happened to be that, I guess it must be one of the first videos that pops up if you search for ship sinking footage 😂
